"Service") as a member benefit. By using this Service, you
certify that you are directly employed by an SCHA-member hospital/health
system in good standing. You agree NOT to share your username, password
or employer account information for schealthjobs.net with anyone outside
your organization. Due to the number of sources from which content
on schealthjobs.net is obtained, and the inherent hazards of electronic
distribution, there may be delays, omissions or inaccuracies in such
content and in the service. The content and the Service are provided
"as is," without any warranties. SCHA is a distributor,
not a publisher, of posted content by third parties and users. Accordingly,
any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information
are those of the respective author(s). SCHA neither guarantees the
accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, nor its
fitness for any particular purpose. You agree to use schealthjobs.net
only for lawful purposes. This means you are prohibited from posting
on or transmitting through schealthjobs.net any unlawful, threatening,
abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material
which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense,
give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local,
state, national or international law. Unauthorized portrayal of someone
in an official capacity, such as SCHA staff, or any misrepresentation
of your identity, violates these TOU. SCHA reserves the right to edit
or remove any content which SCHA deems inappropriate, harmful or that
violates these Terms of Use (TOU) or any applicable law. However,
SCHA cannot restrict content from being posted prior to its dissemination
to schealthjobs.net, nor can SCHA ensure immediate removal of inappropriate
content. The user agrees to hold harmless SCHA for any action or inaction
with respect to the content of this Service. SCHA may electronically
monitor your use of schealthjobs.net for adherence to its TOU. SCHA
may terminate from this service immediately and without notice any
user who misuses or fails to abide by the TOU. |
